Explore the fascinating connection between your brain and belly in this immersive wellness workshop combining science, nutrition and sound healing. Led by Nutritionist and Chef Raoul, and sound meditation expert Joseph, this experience dives into the vital role of the gut microbiome and its influence on everything from immunity to mood.

Discover how trillions of microbes interact with your nervous system via the vagus nerve, forming the gut-brain axis — and how both nutrition and meditation can help you regulate it. Learn how to nourish your gut with probiotics and prebiotics before experiencing a restorative sound bath and breathwork session to tone the vagus nerve and restore internal balance.

🌀 What’s Included:
• Expert-led talk on gut microbiome and nutrition
• Introduction to probiotics, prebiotics & the gut-brain axis
• Guided breathwork and sound bath meditation
• Practical tools to nourish your gut and soothe your nervous system

🍽 Optional Add-On:
Gut Health Supper Club – a curated meal by Chef Raoul to put everything into practice

🌿 Perfect for:
Wellbeing, Off Site, Team Building, Housewarming, Cultural

A deeply grounding session that connects mind and body — ideal for teams, groups or anyone curious about health from the inside out.
