Indulge in a deeply rejuvenating Japanese-inspired retreat in the comfort of your HOME. This unique wellness experience blends beauty, meditation, and energy healing through three restorative rituals guided by your expert HOMEtainer – a Reiki Master, meditation coach, and beauty therapist all in one.

✨ What’s Included:

1. Rice Face Mask Ritual
Start your journey with the application of a 100% organic rice face mask, freshly made using rice, milk and honey. This traditional Japanese beauty treatment gently exfoliates, hydrates, and boosts circulation while slowing signs of ageing. Skin is left soft, luminous, and nourished.

2. Sakura Sencha Tea Ceremony
Savour organic sencha green tea imported from Kyoto, enjoyed both before and after your meditation. Known for its antioxidant-rich, immune-supporting properties, sencha will help ground you in the present moment, gently detox and energise both body and mind.

3. Reiki Zen Healing
Sink into serenity with a guided meditation and Reiki energy healing session. This Japanese alternative therapy works on physical, emotional and spiritual levels to release tension, elevate energy, and bring you into harmony. Nature sounds and gentle music complete the immersive relaxation.

🌀 Final Touch: The experience closes with the ‘Breath of Joy’ – a heart-opening movement to awaken high energy and leave you in a positive, uplifted state.

A sublime at-HOME retreat for those seeking deep rest, rejuvenation and a touch of Japanese tradition. All materials and ingredients are included. No prior experience necessary.

> It was fantastic having Diana run the Reiki session for the group this week. She made everyone feel comfortable and welcome, and we had many wonderful comments from those who took part. The comms to organise it was really well done and the set up for the session super simple. We were also lucky enough to do the session our office roof garden which made it all the more special.
