Focaccia filled with bresaola, smoked scamorza and rocket

🥣 Starter (choose 1):
	•	Delicate pumpkin soup with chestnuts, ricotta and pumpkin seeds
	•	Burrata with aubergine caponata and fresh basil

🐟 Fish Courses (both included):
	•	Sea bream carpaccio with olives, artichokes and avocado purée
	•	Seared scallops with potato and leek cream, parmesan crust and truffle

🍝 Pasta Dishes (both included):
	•	Pine nut and spinach ravioli, red pepper coulis and toasted rocket
	•	Truffle and ceps layer, ricotta cream and wild garlic dressing

🍧 Sorbet Course:
Mango and lime sorbet with pepper pineapple salsa and crispy mint
