• Mast o Khiar - A classic cucumber and yoghurt salad with raisins, walnuts, and fragrant herbs
• Kashk-e Bademjan - A rich and creamy Persian appetizer made with roasted eggplant, caramelized onions, garlic, and kashk (fermented whey).it has a smoky, tangy, and deeply savoury flavour.

🍛 Main:
• Ghormeh Sabzi - Tender lamb slow-cooked in a lemony herb gravy with red kidney beans, served with saffron basmati rice
