An elite performance and recovery technology, brought privately to your home or office in London. The Private Reset uses precisely controlled pulsed pressure waves, paired with guided breathwork and immersive audio, to help you shift your physiological state - whether that's resetting after a demanding day, sharpening focus, recovering from exertion, or preparing for deep rest.

This is the same technology relied on across every major North American pro league, the Premier League, international football, and by Formula 1 drivers, as well as fire and police departments across the US - now delivered one-to-one, on your own terms.

Your session begins with a 10-minute introduction, to feel the technology firsthand. From there, a private consultation shapes a personalised protocol - up to 60 minutes - matched to exactly what you need that day.

Rather than a single moment of relaxation, Shiftwave drives a controlled, repeatable cycle of activation and release, engaging the nervous system and guiding it back down - building lasting capacity, not just a passing sense of calm.

Grown from eight years of research in one of the US's most advanced psychophysiology labs, Shiftwave is used across professional sports, public safety, and ongoing field research worldwide.

A brief suitability screening is completed as part of booking, to confirm this experience is right for you.

Delivered privately - no studio, no waiting room, no audience.

## About the hometainer: Nervous System expert Tom

_Nervous System Regulation Specialist_

I'm Shiftwave's UK Lead and a Nervous System Regulation Specialist, bringing Shiftwave Pro directly into homes and offices across London for private, one-to-one sessions.

Shiftwave uses precisely controlled pulsed pressure waves, paired with guided breathwork and immersive audio, to help you shift your physiological state - whether you're looking to reset after a demanding day, sharpen focus, recover from exertion, or prepare for deep rest. It's the same technology relied on across every major North American pro league, the Premier League, international football, Formula 1 drivers, and fire and police departments across the US.

Every session begins with a short personal consultation, understanding how you're feeling in the moment and the state you'd like to shift into. From there, a 10-minute introduction lets you feel the technology firsthand, followed by a protocol of up to 60 minutes, selected with my counsel and guided from there by Shiftwave itself.

Rather than offering a single moment of relaxation, Shiftwave drives a controlled, repeatable cycle of activation and release - engaging the nervous system, then guiding it back down. It's this repetition that builds lasting capacity, not just a passing sense of calm.

I've worked with Shiftwave for four years and oversee the brand's global communications, so every session comes with a deep, first-hand understanding of the technology - delivered privately, in your own space, on your own schedule.
