Breathe with colour and paint with sound in this unique meditative art experience at HOME or in the office. Combining guided sound meditation with intuitive painting, this session invites you to reconnect with your inner artist and express yourself through gentle creativity.

Led by SoundPlay duo Joseph and Puravi, the experience begins with a sensory sound meditation using curated soundscapes to induce a relaxed, meditative state. Once immersed, you’re invited to translate that inner journey onto canvas using watercolours.

Each participant is provided with an easel, canvas and paints — no previous art experience is needed. Whether your brushwork brings forth serene landscapes or abstract emotion, this process is about expression, not perfection.

🖌️ What’s Included:
• Guided sound meditation
• Watercolour painting session
• All materials provided (easel, canvas, watercolours)
• Supportive, mindful facilitation by SoundPlay

🧘 Perfect for:
Wellbeing, Team Building, Off Site, Valentine’s, Cultural, Housewarming

Create calm through colour and connect to the present moment with this powerful sensory journey.
