Embrace the season with a cosy outdoor cooking experience that blends foraging, creativity, and comfort food. Perfect for a friend’s day out or a thoughtful date, this hands-on workshop invites you to explore Hackney Marshes in search of wild, seasonal ingredients — then cook them into a hearty autumnal stew.

Guided by expert foragers, you’ll learn how to identify and gather edible plants, herbs, and fungi. With your personalised selection, you’ll then prepare a warming stew infused with your own wild flavour combinations, cooked and enjoyed in the open air.

As you relax and enjoy your meal under the trees, there’ll be plenty of time to ask your hosts questions about foraging, wild cooking, and creative plant-based cuisine. Feel free to bring along your own wine or beer to pair with your dish!

🍁 What to Expect:
Seasonal foraging walk, guided stew-making session, wild herbs and fungi, outdoor meal, expert-led conversation and Q&A

🎉 Perfect for:
Wellbeing, Garden Parties, Cultural Events, Date Nights, Off Site, Team Building, Anniversaries

✨ Signature Style:
Warming, wild, and deeply satisfying – a seasonal experience rooted in nature and connection
