Guided by expert foragers, you’ll learn how to identify winter edibles and gather a personalised selection of ingredients. Then, with support from your hosts, you’ll prepare a delicious, nourishing hotpot infused with the wild herbs and flavours of the season.

Once your dish is ready, sit down to enjoy your creation outdoors with the group – and take the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about wild cooking, and soak up the atmosphere. You’re welcome to bring your favourite wine or beer to enjoy with your meal.
