Experience the powerful union of ancient yogic practice and modern neuroscience with this deeply restful meditation. Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” invites you to lie back and journey through calming layers of consciousness, supported by the resonant tones of gongs and crystal bowls.

Perfect for reducing stress, improving sleep, and unlocking deep relaxation, this session guides participants through a sensory visualisation designed to restore and rebalance the nervous system. Drawing from NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) methods, it is ideal for those looking to reconnect with themselves and create space for healing.

🌀 What’s Included:
• Guided Yoga Nidra meditation (NSDR-based)
• Live gong and crystal bowl soundscape
• Breathwork and intention-setting practice
• Participants lie down throughout; mats and props provided

🌙 Perfect for:
Wellbeing, Off Site, Cultural, Team Building, Valentine’s, Housewarming

A serene and transformative wellness experience, designed to leave you grounded, centred and nourished — body, mind and spirit.
