Jacob did a great job and made us feel important from the first communication, which some other chefs hadn't when we were speaking with them.
He was responsive and gave good ideas and suggestions when we spoke, allowing us to make the decisions quickly. He was also flexible when numbers etc changed nearer to the event,
Helping find a server for the day meant we had a lunch that felt extra special and everyone loved the food - with generous portions and good quality food. The lobster risotto was an amazing start to the meal and really set the scene for what followed.
The kitchen was left clean and tidy and the day was a joy.

Jacob cooked for us and a group of friends for my husbandās birthday. It was excellent! Not only was the good delicious (and the kitchen left spotless) but Jacob was very friendly too. He was happy to have our 3 young children watch him prepare the food and answered their endless questions. It was a wonderful evening thanks to Jacob!

I had the BEST birthday dinner party thanks to Jacob. Absolutely exceptional food - one of the best meals we've EVER had. Our guests were totally wowed. My mouth is watering just thinking about it writing this! The surf and turf was incredible. Jacob was so friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home - just the right amount of presence so we didn't feel like there was a stranger at the party! He fitted in so well and it all went seamlessly with everything tidied and cleaned up at the end as if no one had been in the kitchen! I'd HIGHLY recommend and can't wait to invite Jacob to our next special occasion š.
It was a real pleasure to have Jacob cook for us for a birthday dinner for 8. The food was diviine and he was really charming. Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.

Jacob made us such an exceptional dinner - we loved every mouthful of it! We had both the pork and salmon canapƩs, crab crumpets to start, surf and turf for main and the sticky toffee pudding to complete a wonderful meal. Jacob was warm and friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. This was the first time we have had someone cook in our home for us and we would definitely book him to cook for us again. Jacob cooked an incredible 3 course meal with canapes. Each dish was full of unique flavours and interesting, fresh ingredients. The presentation was beautiful and portions were huge! Jacob was super accommodating and friendly, with great service!
