Had a really lovely time, very chilled and enjoyable. The instructions were clear and given step by step and we were able to adapt the pattern to our own preferences
I was provided with a chef for a lunch at home. This was a great success with delicious food and we all had a truly enjoyable lunch and afternoon without any of the stress involved in preparing food while hosting!

The range of options they provided was extensive, and all participants in the Breathwork and Sound Healing workshop had an incredibly positive and enriching experience.
