Where do I begin the praises for Omar? I came to him asking if he could incorporate my Lithuanian and my partner's Welsh heritage into the wedding dinner. Omar came back to me shortly after doing lengthy research and making the best, one of a kind, incredible menu for us. On the day the team was so lovely, meal was incredible, we cannot stop talking how amazing it was. I cannot recommend Omar enough, he is such talented chef with true passion for food!

It was last lovely work shop and had an amazing experience. Teacher was very kind, supportive with positive energy. Highly recommended!

Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. I had Miss Mimi cater a Chinese New Year party for 80 people at my home. She did everything from plan the menu, organise the serving dishes to keep on the theme, prep, cook and left my kitchen spotless. And the food was out of this world. She staggered it so it was all hot and fresh and kept a constant mix of dishes she sent out. She did so much research to come up with a wide range of substantial hors d’oeuvres that ranged from vegetarian to quite filling meat dishes. She even went as far as to get the right color orchids to decorate the dishes as well. Nothing was left to chance and she was meticulous about her process. I can’t wait to use her again!

Sensational food Fergus catered canapés and bowl food for 30 guests at home. The food was sensational - our guests can’t stop commenting on the quality of the cooking. His rendang and baked Alaska were my personal favourites. Fergus was both easy to communicate with and accommodating. His team were really lovely and took care of everything. Thank you Fergus!
