Description

Elevate your dinner party game and delight your guests with a beautifully dressed table that shows them you’ve pulled out all the stops.

We deliver sophisticated intimate settings for you and your guests with a range of tableware to suit any taste. Whether you’re looking for elegant simplicity or bold colors and sass we’ll have something to make your event one to remember!

How it works:
1. Chose a look.
2. Select date and party size.
3. We’ll call you back to discuss your table setting requirements, additional extras and confirm your booking.
4. We’ll deliver to your doorstep on the date agreed and you’re ready to go.
5. Party done - repack the cleaned tableware ready for collection.

Delivery/Collection:
Your tablescape is reserved for the date of your event only. We aim to deliver the day before your event and collect the day after your event. Subject to availability, we can deliver and/or collect the same day of your event. Most weekend events are delivered on the Friday and collected on the Monday. You’ll have all you require to make your table sing and our price includes delivery AND collection.

Tableware will arrive packaged in custom crates which will remain with you for the duration of the hire and be used for re-packing your items after your event. These must be returned with the tableware after your event.

Returning your Tablescape:
We ask that the dinnerware is cleaned before return so that no bits of food or drink stains are left on the items. Our dinnerware is dishwasher-safe, below 65 degrees. Food or drink left on the dinnerware overnight may leave permanent stains. If you do not clean your items, you may be charged a washing-up or damages fee. Linen can be returned as is - no need to wash.

Payment terms:
A damage deposit for 25% of the total hire cost will be required one week before the scheduled delivery date. This will need to be settled for the delivery to take place.
A refund of the deposit will be issued within 5 working after we have collected the rented items from you if no damage has been incurred. If the damage is greater than the deposit fee charged, then an invoice will be raised to cover any further damage or delayed collection fees. We will notify you before any damage fees are charged to your card.

I will need the host to provide: Table, chairs, wine glasses, flowers (if required), flameless/LED candles, coasters, placemats. NB: Wax candles are not to be used on tableware or candleholders.

As a coronavirus precaution, I will: All tablescape settings are washed after every event. Tableware is stored in a secured location and re-washed before delivery to an event. Use of gloves and PPE when handling and packaging tablescape hire. We adhere to a strict policy of self-isolation on any symptoms or reported cases of COVID. Protective face masks and gloves will be worn on all site visits.
