After 30 years experience in some of London's top restaurants, Chef Mickael is brilliant at the art of substituting for a whole array of ingredients and creating fabulous meals. Whether you want to avoid meat, dairy, gluten, nuts etc. or a combination of things, Mickael will show you how to create a delicious menu. You and your friends can get your hands dirty if you would like to, and act as his Sous Chefs, with a glass of wine in hand. After a fun exploration of the many possibilities available to you, the evening will culminate in a delicious meal for you and your guests.
