Open 7 days a week
Description

I've noticed that many people use very blunt knives to cook at home. It's so much easier when knives are sharp.
My sensei (master of sushi) taught me how to sharpen my kitchen knives and I am so grateful to have learned this skill.
I will show to how to sharpen your knives with sharpening stones like a sushi chef!
What you will learn -
1. Which sharpening stones are the best for home cooking?
2. Which knives are suitable for sharpening stones
3. How to get ready to sharpen your knives
4. How to fillet the fish
5. How to handle the fish
We will use a sea bass and I will explain how to cut fish for sushi and sashimi
