Description

Host an evening of transformation and wine, through mindfulness and stories to share with your loved ones.
After nourishment, shelter, and companionships… stories are the things we need most in the world. Poetry & Wine, interchangeably are the perfect balance between pleasure and structure.

Natalie curates a selection of organic & natural wines, (Natural wines are low in preservatives with limited chemical or mechanical intervention and more akin to biodynamic lunar farming methods. Making it the perfect pair to deepen a healthier relationship and appreciation for wine). A lot of people at first, don't enjoy the taste of natural wine as they sometimes are more cloudy or fizzy, though once you experience how to drink and appreciate the wine. You'll engage in a completely new experience.

<p>The wine chosen is a mix of&nbsp; Natural and Organic wines selected from small producers with low intervention (minimal chemicals and additives). Since Natalie is a nutritionist, I research wines to sugget to clients that are low in chemicals and sugar.&nbsp;</p> <p>Once you&#39;ve confirmed your event with Natalie, she will set a theme for you to suggest to your guests to bring a prose&nbsp;that has transformed them over time (be it a poem, short story, letter or lyrics). This will enhance your&nbsp;mindfullness and reflective experience.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What to expect:</strong></p> <ul> <li>No expectations, no pressure&hellip; just come open for an adventure&hellip;of intoxication.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bring your Prose. Be it a poem, letter, short story or lyrics&hellip;</li> </ul> <p>(we intend to share together your favourite prose that has transformed you over time).</p> <p>During the pandemic, especially, our nervous systems have been on overdrive. Causing a heightened stress response almost 24/7. Which means that our brains are constantly ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. This is the perfect introduction to mindfulness. To stop and center yourself, breathe deeply, observe body and emotions, then take an intentional sip.</p> <p>Why was this created: Natalie personally remembers nights growing up where family would gather, sipping wine, reciting lines of life changing texts (specifically In Rumi or Kalin Gabrin) &amp; many stories.
