Chef Philippa is a professional Thai Vegan Chef, author and also an Animal communicator / whisperer. She is from London & lived in Atlanta, GA, USA for over 20 years where she was the Founder and Executive Chef of a unique Thai Catering Company and Thai Cooking School. She has cooked for His Excellency The Ambassador of Thailand in Washington DC; The Thai Tourist Board in New York; The Thai Trade Center in Miami amongst others. Chef Philippa became consciously aware of the plight of all animals used in food. She transitioned to vegetarian, pescatarian, then finally to vegan.
