Venezuelan food has been around hundreds of years. It is influenced by our native Indians, Africans and Europeans during colonisation time. I’m taking this experience a step higher by using french techniques and keeping the tradition of the food intact.
Many of our foods are naturally vegan and gluten free.. ( menu changes from time to time )
I can confidently say that once you try it you will be in love for ever with this food.

About the HOMEtainer

I began my career when I was 15 years old as I came from a family of foodies! Since an early age I had my first encounters with the restaurant business helping out on my mom's restaurant. What I didn't know was that those days would change my life for ever, I began falling in love with the hospitality world and I was very inclined on working and learning from different cuisines. At 19 I decided to venture to The United Estates and try to learn as much as I could from working in international kitchens. It was a lovely experience but as I always say "If you want to be the best you have to study" So I enrolled into an international culinary Art school. Once I graduated everything started to make more sense in my life and I found better jobs within the hospitality industry. I worked in nice places like the Radisson and Hilton hotels but my learning path wasn't complete. I decided to come to Europe and joined " Le Cordon Bleu'' I loved it... I could finally feel that everything was taking a more serious approach. After graduating I worked in Michelin starred places like "Le Jardin des Sens" in the South of France, then The Langham, Four Seasons and The Berkeley hotels in London. In 2010 I open my first Boutique patisserie and had it open for 10 years. Nowadays I work independently taking the best of my experience to people's homes with a Michelin start approach and service, I also make modernist cakes and desserts to compliment the full experience...
