This fun and unique 3-hour wellbeing experience blends creative vision board crafting with a restorative sound bath ideal for a fresh start, team reset, or unique goal-setting. THE EXPERIENCE: Our wellbeing facilitator, Nikki, has 25 years in the wellbeing arena and will begin with a grounding meditation to help clear mental clutter, relieve stress, and create a relaxed and focussed space for new possibilities. We spark reflection by journalling on 3 key questions and then move into hands-on vision board creation, translating aspirations into a tangible visual roadmap. This bespoke creative process encourages deep reflection and intention-setting, articulating ambitions and goals for both personal and professional growth. We finish the session with a 30-minute immersive sound bath promoting relaxation and grounding while and integrating the session. This can be seated if there is limited space. WHY THIS MASTERCLASS: A mental health reset for busy teams and opening up a creative mindset can work wonders for productivity. Limited magazines and art materials provided. Guests are encouraged to bring some previously chosen images. What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket and pillow for lie down sound bath.
