Absolutely mind-blowing. The vegan food was sophisticated, full of flavour and original. Everyone was so impress with the quality and the taste of what the chef prepared for us. Chef Mickael was extremely professional, came with his fresh products and tools, and created the most perfect dinner. Service was impeccable, the chef was very discreet, he was friendly and keen to explain when we asked him what he was preparing. Few guests signed-up straight away with Hometainment to repeat the beautiful experience. I highly recommend the vegan dinner with chef Mickael. Thank you guys!

What a pleasure and what a feast!! Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!
Dominique and team curated a sensational event, ensuring every detail was fine tuned, service was impeccable. Guests had only positive feedback on the oysters, caviar and service. The team were very warm and attentive. Could not recommend enough and thank you!

The most magical experience! This was the best meal I have ever eaten! My friends and I always love tasting menus and we visit often - this was next level! The food was immaculately presented and equivalently done perfectly to any Michelin star restaurant! The food was generous - genuinely incredible value for money! Omar came back to me shortly after doing lengthy research and making the best, one of a kind, incredible menu for us. On the day the team was so lovely, meal was incredible, we cannot stop talking how amazing it was. I cannot recommend Omar enough, he is such talented chef with true passion for food!
Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved.
