Hands up who is over the whole idea of starting the new year by cutting out all the things you love in a bid to be a new you? After a month of indulgence to suddenly go cold turkey and detox in January leaves you feeling rather like…well the Christmas turkey. Instead here at HOMETAINMENT we are embracing the new year as a time to reset and recharge so that we are ready to take on all that 2023 has to offer. And we’re very excited to introduce our latest category of experiences: RESET & RECHARGE.

What is RESET & RECHARGE?

These are our all-new experiences created by our HOMEtainers that are focused on your wellbeing and mindfulness. They work to help you achieve your new year’s resolutions and leave you feeling re-energised all from the comfort of your HOME so no need to  set the alarm for 5am to get to the gym before work!

What new experiences are there?

You’ll find 17 new experiences, but here are a 3 to get you started: 

Ice Bath

Ok, so getting rid of the winter blues with icy water might seem counterintuitive but ice therapy is a fast and effective way to release inflammation and improve circulation, boost your immune system and give your mood a lift. You’ll feel those endorphins too as the cold water sends electrical impulses to your brain which can jolt you into having increased alertness and clarity. You’ll be left feeling optimised and with a sharper focus.

Cacao + Sound Healing Ceremony

After all the busyness of December this cacao and sound healing masterclass will help you to drop into a meditative state through the vibrational frequencies of the alchemic crystal singing bowls. As you bathe in these sounds it allows the possibility of clearing, cleansing and balancing on a deep cellular level. Hosted by HOMEtainer Kate, you will also be guided through a cacao drinking ceremony. Cacao is used in shamanic medicine. Along with opening the heart it can help us to hear our true selves and dissolve any negative pent up energy so we can head into 2023 aligned and renewed.

Visioning 25

The new year is a time of potential and possibility and this is something that HOMEtainer Nikki captures in Visioning 25. The masterclass will teach you all about the power of affirmations and intentions and what abundance really looks like in a holistic sense rather than materialistically. During the class you will create a vision board where you can lay down your abstract ideas, dreams and goals for 2023 and your future.
