Had a wonderful session with Ekta, very calming and friendly atmosphere and the process I very much enjoyed, which helped me to relax, and taught me how observe my mind. The final completed Mandala is beautiful and I find it will hold meaning on this current period in my life - love the class and highly recommend!
Such a beautiful and meditative practice. The simplicity taught me so much about my inner world. I had no idea that so much could be expressed through simple drawings. It was amazing with Ekta
Our experience with HOMEtainment was absolutely fantastic. Collaborating with Kate and the HOMEtainment team to arrange our inaugural event was a delightful process. The range of options they provided was extensive, and all participants in the Breathwork and Sound Healing workshop had an incredibly positive and enriching experience. We're so thrilled with the outcome that we've already scheduled two additional sessions for June and July, and we're eagerly anticipating them.

I have always felt safe, encouraged and empowered by her, and beyond that - I always feel that I can be truly vulnerable in her presence, knowing that there is no judgment or diminishing of my experiences - only elevation, warmth, empathy and love.
