Everything from the setting, the space and practice was incredibly powerful. However when she sang with her bowls, I completely transcended in to the most mind-blowing mystical abyss. Had a really lovely time, very chilled and enjoyable. The instructions were clear and given step by step and we were able to adapt the pattern to our own preferences
We had a wonderful session with Ekta, would highly recommend this deeply relaxing and informative session. The perfect activity with friends.
