Teammate Host Tea Workshop

Part 1: The Masterclass & Live Demonstration A short presentation on tea culture, botany and basic brewing knowlede. . A live, step-by-step tea artistry/practice( chá-yì ) brewing demonstration where I walk the team through the full practice-covering precise water temperatures, scientific brewing methods and traditional teaware handling. Part 2: "Teammate Host" Experience The room is split into small, intimate tables (4~5 participants per table). Each table is equipped with full set teawares, pre-measured single-origin Taiwanese loose leaf teas, and hot water thermoses or electric kettle. Tailored instrumental music is woven into the session to set a grounded mood. Putting their new knowledge into practice, colleagues take turns acting as the "Tea Host" for their table-brewing and serving their team members while the teacher walks around and checks on participants. This format creates a warm, collaborative environment where colleagues practice concentration, care, and hospitality for one another while I float between tables to answer questions and offer gentle guidance. Part 3: Synchronized Aroma Ritual & Pairing Gathering the room's attention, I lead the entire team from the front through a synchronized Shuāng Bēi Pǐn Míng (雙杯品茗) double-cup aroma tasting. Guided step-by-step, each table brews and flips their double-cups simultaneously, capturing the high-mountain oolong aromas trapped within the vessels at the exact same moment.
