His mixing skills were precise and impeccable, and he even extended his service for an additional 30 minutes to ensure our evening continued smoothly. I'm always wary of the authenticity of the taste whenever it's said to be Indian or Pakistani. The food here definitely passes the test with flying colours. Aida's palak paneer is absolutely lovely and fluffy and creamy. The okra fries are also very addictive. The best part is the plate they serve with rice & absolutely fresh salad. Totally worth it.
I can thank Antoine and especially Chef Lara for making the Halloween event we held so amazing. Lara got 100% what i wanted and understood exactly the look and feel of the meal we wanted. Unlike other chefs who wanted to dissuade me from my ideas, Lara took them on with enthusiasm and energy. Without her amazing food and excellent team, the night would not have been as much of a success. I will 100% use Hometainment and Chef Lara again. It was a pleasure to work with them and took a huge amount of stress out of the whole event knowing that they were there looking after things. Thank you Antoine and Lara.
