The most magical experience! This was the best meal I have ever eaten! My friends and I always love tasting menus and we visit often - this was next level! The food was immaculately presented and equivalently done perfectly to any Michelin star restaurant! The food was generous - genuinely incredible value for money! Fabulous food, couldn't fault anything that was put on the table, it was absolutely delicious. A couple of things that could've improved the experience rather than a criticism: I would've preferred a bowl rather than a plate for the starters of dahl and cauliflower, which was difficult to eat on a plate.
Dominique and team curated a sensational event, ensuring every detail was fine tuned, service was impeccable. Guests had only positive feedback on the oysters, caviar and service. The team were very warm and attentive. Could not recommend enough and thank you!
I had Miss Mimi cater a Chinese New Year party for 80 people at my home. She did everything from plan the menu, organise the serving dishes to keep on the theme, prep, cook and left my kitchen spotless. And the food was out of this world. She staggered it so it was all hot and fresh and kept a constant mix of dishes she sent out. She did so much research to come up with a wide range of substantial hors d’oeuvres that ranged from vegetarian to quite filling meat dishes. She even went as far as to get the right color orchids to decorate the dishes as well. Nothing was left to chance and she was meticulous about her process. I can’t wait to use her again!
