Amazing evening thanks to Chef Jessie. Her cooking is fresh and fabulous, beautifully presented, and it was fun to learn more about CBD oils. Last but not least she has a shining personality. I will be sure to hire her again.
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you all for the immense teamwork and collaboration on Kristina & Nick's wedding day, It all ran like absolute clockwork, and you were all so wonderful to work with. I think it's safe to say they had the best weekend of their life which is what we are all aiming for!

It was such a pleasure having you with us. The Oyster Experience was fantastic and received great feedback from guests. The roaming style worked beautifully in the space, and it brought such a nice touch of theatre to the event.
What a pleasure and what a feast!! Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!
Fabulous food, couldn't fault anything that was put on the table, it was absolutely delicious. A couple of things that could've improved the experience rather than a criticism: I would've preferred a bowl rather than a plate for the starters of dahl and cauliflower, which was difficult to eat on a plate.
