Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. This was an exceptional fine dining experience! I recently celebrated my birthday with my siblings, and Caroline and Guilherme prepared a truly wonderful lunch for us. I must admit, I was initially a bit apprehensive, as I had never tried anything like this before. However, I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. Caroline and Guilherme were delightful hosts, and their culinary skills were outstanding. We indulged in a delightful 6-course tasting menu, savoring each course with great enthusiasm. Initially, I thought this would be a one-time experience when I arranged it, but I'm already contemplating when I can repeat it. I cannot speak highly enough of Caroline and Guilherme - their expertise made this birthday celebration truly memorable.
