Chef Michael and his wife did an outstanding job in providing the exquisite food for our wedding reception. The menu selection, preparation and presentation were all conducted to perfection. Fergus was great! I booked a 6 course dinner for 6 guests with Fergus and could not have been more pleased! Communication was great from the start and he was so helpful in accommodating everyone’s dietary restrictions.
