I chose Sarah Nagli to cook for us for my sister’s 60th birthday we chose canapés and a late lunch for 8 people. Sarah was really delightful to deal with during the run up to the date and on the day. The food was absolutely delicious and well presented - the attention to detail was excellent. Everything was also nice and tidy in the kitchen when she left, which was a real bonus, when you are entertaining. This was a special celebration and all my family were thrilled with the experience. Jacob cooked a wonderful summermenue for my birthday party ! Everybody liked it. He made provisions for an allergic guest and was always very accommodating and very relaxed . He has a really nice personality and it was a pleasure to have him for this special event . Fab!

I don’t know where to start. The whole experience was superb! The guests really enjoyed popping in and out of the kitchen watching Jacob prep the meals. He didn’t mind people asking things and we all really enjoyed his company. Soft shell crab - to die for! The masala sauce was on point and the presentation was impeccable. Jacob realised we had chosen similar sauces for our starters and mains and he used his intuition to change a few things with the mains which was delicious. Dessert - The Rum soaked sticky toffee pudding was not too sweet, had the right consistency and we all whacked it ( despite being so full from the starters and mains). It was so nice to experience a family recipe. Jacob, your grandma must be so proud!

We loved having Sarah round to cook for my Mum’s 75th. She created a beautifully seasonal menu and cooked it perfectly. She was a joy to have in the house during the whole celebration, completely self sufficient and left the kitchen spotless! I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
