À super experienced chef, Justin prepared a really original menu for us, with all dishes exquisite. He was flexible when it came to designing the menu, gave us a really interesting talk on foraging in the UK country side and designing his very own perfect knife. Last but not least he was punctual and left the kitchen in immaculate conditions. Another great recommendation from HOMEtainment!

And presented an amazing selection of beautifully presented canapes followed by seared tuna starters, fillet beef based main and refreshing posset.
