Chef Fergus cooked us an amazing steak dinner for my husband's birthday and it was super tender and delicious! The maple and pecan sticky toffee pudding was the sweetest bonus to finish off a memorable experience. I highly recommend Chef Fergus.

It was a real joy to have Sarah cooking for our dinner. She was a pleasure to work with coming up with a menu. She made a great suggestion and then took my comments on board very willingly as we came to a menu that I was happy with. One of my guests had specific dietary requirements and Sarah took great care to cater for her separately which allowed me not to worry about it. All our guests commented on the quality of the food and the kitchen was left spotless at the end of the evening. Sarah was also charming with our children and very tolerant of our naughty dog!

Fergus consistently put out some of the best food that we have ever eaten. He surprised us each night with a different cuisine. Honestly, is there anything this man cannot do? Our last night, Fergus put together a special tasting menu that we will remember for a lifetime. Aside from the Michelin level food, he is just an all around great person.
