Our last night, Fergus put together a special tasting menu that we will remember for a lifetime. Aside from the Michelin level food, he is just an all around great person. VIP BBQ for a Pool Party! WOWEE - where to even start. Charlie curated the most gorgeous bespoke BBQ menu for 35 of us on Saturday. There was a bit of everything for everyone, personal favourites were bone marrow, scallops and mussels. The canapés were gorgeously presented and just tasted so fresh, I was honestly blown away by it all and my friends have been commenting non stop, I will be seeing you for my next event!

Jacob made us such an exceptional dinner - we loved every mouthful of it! We had both the pork and salmon canapés, crab crumpets to start, surf and turf for main and the sticky toffee pudding to complete a wonderful meal. Jacob was warm and friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. This was the first time we have had someone cook in our home for us and we would definitely book him to cook for us again.
