I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Jojo's sushi platters through HOMETAINMENT, and it was truly a culinary masterpiece! Each sushi piece was a burst of exquisite flavor, meticulously crafted to perfection. The symphony of fresh ingredients, vibrant colors, and impeccable presentation elevated the dining experience to new heights. From traditional classics to innovative creations, Chef Jojo's sushi platters take you on a delightful culinary journey. I had the opportunity to choose four options from each section of the sample menu, and it was a tough decision because every option sounded fantastic. The sushi was not just a meal; it was a work of art. Chef Jojo's attention to detail and dedication to quality are evident in every bite. In particular, the Nigiri Sushi Platter showcased the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The Maguro Nigiri and Sake Nigiri were absolute highlights, offering a perfect balance of flavors. I was also pleasantly surprised by the Dragon Roll from the Maki Sushi Platter; the combination of eel and avocado was divine. The Temaki Sushi Platter added a unique touch to the experience. The Negitoro Temaki with chopped tuna belly and scallions was a delightful treat, and the Seared Beef Temaki was a true revelation. It's worth noting that Chef Jojo and the team were accommodating, providing an alternative for the Hamachi Nigiri due to supply shortages. Overall, I highly recommend Chef Jojo's sushi platters for any occasion. It's not just a meal; it's a memorable culinary journey that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.
So glad I hired Sasha for my birthday party. Everyone loved her music and looks. She totally got the vibe and played just the perfect tunes. Believe it or not she smiles even during playing the saxophone!

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Kevin and his incredible team to Coppermaker Square, where they hosted an immersive event for our residents-and what an amazing experience it was! From start to finish, the event was engaging, thrilling, and expertly executed, leaving everyone talking about it long after it ended. Kevin fully embodied the role of Claudia, complete with the iconic black wig, and his commitment to the character was nothing short of brilliant. He kept the energy high, the suspense building, and the gameplay running seamlessly. His charisma, humour, and ability to create an authentic atmosphere made the experience truly next level. The structure of the event was spot on-challenging, fun, and incredibly well thought out. Residents were completely absorbed in the strategy, deception, and teamwork involved, and the game unfolded with plenty of unexpected twists and dramatic reveals that kept everyone on their toes. To top it all off, the team even brought in a professional bartender to craft delicious cocktails throughout the night, adding an extra special touch to the experience. The attention to detail-from the seamless facilitation of the game to the hospitality and atmosphere-showed just how much effort went into making the evening memorable for all who attended. The feedback from our residents has been fantastic, with many saying it was one of the most exciting and enjoyable events we've ever had at Coppermaker Square. It was clear that Kevin and his team put in so much effort to create a truly immersive, high-quality experience, and it certainly paid off! Thank you to Hometainment for creating the most INCREDIBLE Matcha Bar for the Break Archive Pop-Up Shop. The professionalism from the team was amazing as well as the delicious matchas they made. They created us special menus using 'shaken matcha' to combine the idea of a cafe and a bar. We had queues all down the road for the matcha as word got on the street about how good they were (especially the strawberry) meaning our shop got great attraction! Can't recommend them enough!! Thanks to the lovely team for making everyone so happy and a HUGE thank you to Otto for making this process so easy and efficient - we couldn’t have done it without him. I look forward to booking again :)
We were very fortunate to have Mimi cater our wedding. From the get-go Mimi was super engaged, flexible and approachable. When it came to the actual weekend Mimi was a force of good-natured efficiency. She kept us aware of any issues that need our input but without adding to the inevitable last-minute wedding stress. She was even up at 4 AM checking on the slow cooking lamb! On the day it was all better than we could have hoped for. Everything was utterly delicious, but also and importantly for us not the standard wedding fare (apart from honey mustard sausages obvs). The Asian pork belly was a particular favourite canape of mine as was the tuna tartare. The lamb for the main was honestly the best I have had, and I know several typically non lamb-eating friends had to do some soul searching afterwards. I would recommend Mimi to anyone for whom food is a priority. She provides something a bit different (and in my experience better) that most catering companies, helping to create an atmosphere that will feel uniquely yours
