The icing on the cake was the fact that Hometainment took care of the washing and cleaning up afterward, making it an even more enjoyable experience for us. It was such a pleasure having you with us. The Oyster Experience was fantastic and received great feedback from guests. The roaming style worked beautifully in the space, and it brought such a nice touch of theatre to the event.
Chef Aida Khan has put a lot of thought into creating an authentic experience for her clients. My favourite is the lamb shoulder and palak paneer with sourdough naan.
Chef Jacob did an outstanding job. He is brilliant at communicating and I requested all vegan dinner. We discussed my expectations, preferences etc and he sent a menu proposal from which I selected my choices. He delivered stunning food that wowed the crowd. He is talented and extremely personable, so a real asset to your portfolio.
