If it’s your turn to host the summer barbecue and you want to offer your guests more than your usual burgers and hotdogs, then why not hire a private chef and let HOMEtainer Chef Mickael look after the menu. Using seasonal ingredients and produce from local markets as well as the knowledge that he has gained over 30 years as a chef, Chef Mickael will create a delicious BBQ menu. Chef Mickael is also an expert in creating free-from menus so ingredients can be substituted to suit everyone’s dietary requirements. SAMPLE MENU to choose from, as your menu will be tailored for you Gochujang marinated, dry aged wing rib of beef, whole marinated beef fillet, cote de boeuf, tomahawk, rib eye spiced rack of lamb, Carabineros red prawns, lobster, whole fish & sauces Homemade, garlic and sun-dried tomato focaccia Selection of seasonal salad Grilled pineapple with ice cream, summer berry pavlova with passion fruit curd and pomegranate sorbet

What a pleasure and what a feast!! Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!
