Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. I could not recommend her more!

The team sorted out, with short notice, an incredible bar/barman and best cocktails for us and our guests who still talk about it. The latin vibe band was truly amazing and authentic.
