Marco came to our house and put on the most incredible spread of sushi. Absolutely top top drawer stuff, would highly recommend to anyone after a delicious and very professional catering experience!
Chef Fergus cooked us an amazing steak dinner for my husband's birthday and it was super tender and delicious! The maple and pecan sticky toffee pudding was the sweetest bonus to finish off a memorable experience. I highly recommend Chef Fergus.

The portions were generous, and everyone left feeling full and satisfied. The chef was not only polite and nice but also showed a real passion for cooking. I appreciated how tidy and organized the kitchen was throughout the evening. It was great that the chef could tailor the dishes to accommodate our dietary preferences. With a cooking time of just under two hours, everything was prepared efficiently. The food was fresh, and the flavors were fantastic.
