The meal was absolutely delicious - top notch, beautiful presentation and chef Christian is very talented. All our guests throughly enjoyed the experience and I’d definitely recommend Hometainment and chef Christian.

Dominique and team curated a sensational event, ensuring every detail was fine tuned, service was impeccable. Guests had only positive feedback on the oysters, caviar and service. The team were very warm and attentive. Could not recommend enough and thank you!

Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!
