What a pleasure and what a feast!! Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!

Chef Mickael was extremely professional, came with his fresh products and tools, and created the most perfect dinner.
