I hired Jacob to put together an 8 person menu including canapés. He arrived a couple of hours ahead of the dinner and got to work. He put everything together with the minimum of fuss. Food was fantastic, presentation top-notch. He was a major part of a great night.

Mack was BRILLIANT and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again. I highly recommend him. He was very responsive and communicative to deal with from the minute we booked. He was punctual and reliable. He played amazing music, which really added to the party atmosphere at our house. He's also a really friendly, lovely guy and all the guests loved him. We will definitely be booking him again.

Fergus was great! I booked a 6 course dinner for 6 guests with Fergus and could not have been more pleased! Communication was great from the start and he was so helpful in accommodating everyone’s dietary restrictions. The food was delicious, presentation was perfect and service was excellent all around- everyone truly enjoyed it. It was a lovely experience! I would highly recommend choosing Fergus for any event.

Cuban Vibes was perfect for us ! What a great evening of wonderful music, dancing and down right great musicians. We want to have them back again soon for sure! They were a hit for our dinner party for adults and the kids even were dancing !

It was a real pleasure to have Jacob cook for us for a birthday dinner for 8. The food was diviine and he was really charming. He easily made himself at home in the ktichen and got on with things with ease and no fuss. He left the kitchen spick and span. We would be delighted to have him cook for us at any occasion. The food was fabulous and Charles was amazing. We opted for a 5-course taster menu for my 40th Birthday. It was a bespoke menu Charles created after we discussed food preferences. I could not recommend him enough!!!
