Chef Fergus cooked us an amazing steak dinner for my husband's birthday and it was super tender and delicious! The maple and pecan sticky toffee pudding was the sweetest bonus to finish off a memorable experience. I highly recommend Chef Fergus.

Fergus was great! I booked a 6 course dinner for 6 guests with Fergus and could not have been more pleased! Communication was great from the start and he was so helpful in accommodating everyone’s dietary restrictions. The food was delicious, presentation was perfect and service was excellent all around- everyone truly enjoyed it. It was a lovely experience! I would highly recommend choosing Fergus for any event.

Charlie was absolutely amazing! He was extremely professional and the food was exceptional. He made the at home dining experience everything and more than myself and guests expected. I can’t wait to book him again.

Jacob came straight back to us with a delicious selection of menus. We agreed on food, price and timings very easily and with no hassle. Jacob arrived 2 hours before our guests to get set up in our kitchen. He was professional, courteous and fun! And presented an amazing selection of beautifully presented canapes followed by seared tuna starters, fillet beef based main and refreshing posset. Jacob washed up and left us to enjoy the rest of our evening. It was effortless for me and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Thank you Jacob!

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Kevin and his incredible team to Coppermaker Square, where they hosted an immersive event for our residents-and what an amazing experience it was! From start to finish, the event was engaging, thrilling, and expertly executed, leaving everyone talking about it long after it ended. Kevin fully embodied the role of Claudia, complete with the iconic black wig, and his commitment to the character was nothing short of brilliant. He kept the energy high, the suspense building, and the gameplay running seamlessly. His charisma, humour, and ability to create an authentic atmosphere made the experience truly next level. The structure of the event was spot on-challenging, fun, and incredibly well thought out. Residents were completely absorbed in the strategy, deception, and teamwork involved, and the game unfolded with plenty of unexpected twists and dramatic reveals that kept everyone on their toes. To top it all off, the team even brought in a professional bartender to craft delicious cocktails throughout the night, adding an extra special touch to the experience. The attention to detail-from the seamless facilitation of the game to the hospitality and atmosphere-showed just how much effort went into making the evening memorable for all who attended. The feedback from our residents has been fantastic, with many saying it was one of the most exciting and enjoyable events we've ever had at Coppermaker Square. It was clear that Kevin and his team put in so much effort to create a truly immersive, high-quality experience, and it certainly paid off! The food was delicious and there was plenty for everything! Nothing was too much trouble for Adam. Adam and his team were very polite, reliable and punctual. His communication in the lead up to and during the event was excellent. I would definitely hire Adam again to cater our events.
