Absolutely mind-blowing. The vegan food was sophisticated, full of flavour and original. Everyone was so impress with the quality and the taste of what the chef prepared for us. Chef Mickael was extremely professional, came with his fresh products and tools, and created the most perfect dinner. Service was impeccable, the chef was very discreet, he was friendly and keen to explain when we asked him what he was preparing. Where do I begin the praises for Omar? I came to him asking if he could incorporate my Lithuanian and my partner's Welsh heritage into the wedding dinner. Omar came back to me shortly after doing lengthy research and making the best, one of a kind, incredible menu for us. On the day the team was so lovely, meal was incredible, we cannot stop talking how amazing it was. I cannot recommend Omar enough, he is such talented chef with true passion for food!

I had Miss Mimi cater a Chinese New Year party for 80 people at my home. She did everything from plan the menu, organise the serving dishes to keep on the theme, prep, cook and left my kitchen spotless. And the food was out of this world. She staggered it so it was all hot and fresh and kept a constant mix of dishes she sent out. She did so much research to come up with a wide range of substantial hors d’oeuvres that ranged from vegetarian to quite filling meat dishes. She even went as far as to get the right color orchids to decorate the dishes as well. Nothing was left to chance and she was meticulous about her process. I can’t wait to use her again!

Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!
