Chef Mickael was extremely professional, came with his fresh products and tools, and created the most perfect dinner. Service was impeccable, the chef was very discreet, he was friendly and keen to explain when we asked him what he was preparing. Dominique and team curated a sensational event, ensuring every detail was fine tuned, service was impeccable. Guests had only positive feedback on the oysters, caviar and service. The team were very warm and attentive. Could not recommend enough and thank you!
Fabulous food, couldn't fault anything that was put on the table, it was absolutely delicious. A couple of things that could've improved the experience rather than a criticism: I would've preferred a bowl rather than a plate for the starters of dahl and cauliflower, which was difficult to eat on a plate.

I booked Chef Michael on Saturday night - though Hometainment - for a dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was SUPERB! He arrived on time, was well organised and charming and delivered the most fabulous meal. He also bought his wife Esra to waitress along side him, who was equally charming and did a fantastic job of looking after everyone. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
This was an exceptional fine dining experience! I recently celebrated my birthday with my siblings, and Caroline and Guilherme prepared a truly wonderful lunch for us. I must admit, I was initially a bit apprehensive, as I had never tried anything like this before. However, I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. Caroline and Guilherme were delightful hosts, and their culinary skills were outstanding. We indulged in a delightful 6-course tasting menu, savoring each course with great enthusiasm. Initially, I thought this would be a one-time experience when I arranged it, but I'm already contemplating when I can repeat it. I cannot speak highly enough of Caroline and Guilherme - their expertise made this birthday celebration truly memorable.
