Had a really lovely time, very chilled and enjoyable. The instructions were clear and given step by step and we were able to adapt the pattern to our own preferences
I have suffered of muscle pain and lack of energy for years now, so was very keen to try Reiki. Diana was amazing, very attentive and professional. My health issues started to get better, I'm really grateful.
It was fantastic having Diana run the Reiki session for the group this week. She made everyone feel comfortable and welcome, and we had many wonderful comments from those who took part. The comms to organise it was really well done and the set up for the session super simple. We were also lucky enough to do the session our office roof garden which made it all the more special.
Had a wonderful session with Ekta, very calming and friendly atmosphere and the process I very much enjoyed, which helped me to relax, and taught me how observe my mind. The final completed Mandala is beautiful and I find it will hold meaning on this current period in my life - love the class and highly recommend!

Georgie's insights and guidance helped my insides significantly as well as my sleep quality and mental health. Georgie gave me the ability and confidence to switch up my diet to food I love, which is actually good for me and super tasty. As a bonus, I am also losing weight through nutrition rather than fad diets. I now have the toolkit to put myself and my health first. Georgie made the entire process enjoyable and pain free - literally!
