Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.

Jacob's communication was one of the reasons I decided on him. Additionally, he's reasonably priced and his menu showed thought and generosity to client. He was briefed to be authentically himself, for a fun Executive Leadership (household name) informal BBQ and he did this so well, he was very much part of the evening team of 3 in total supporting. Food was great and a huge hard worker too.

Jacob cooked for us and a group of friends for my husband’s birthday. It was excellent! Not only was the good delicious (and the kitchen left spotless) but Jacob was very friendly too. He was happy to have our 3 young children watch him prepare the food and answered their endless questions. It was a wonderful evening thanks to Jacob!

Jacob made us such an exceptional dinner - we loved every mouthful of it! We had both the pork and salmon canapés, crab crumpets to start, surf and turf for main and the sticky toffee pudding to complete a wonderful meal. I don’t know where to start. The whole experience was superb! The guests really enjoyed popping in and out of the kitchen watching Jacob prep the meals. He didn’t mind people asking things and we all really enjoyed his company. Soft shell crab - to die for! The masala sauce was on point and the presentation was impeccable. Jacob realised we had chosen similar sauces for our starters and mains and he used his intuition to change a few things with the mains which was delicious. Dessert - The Rum soaked sticky toffee pudding was not too sweet, had the right consistency and we all whacked it ( despite being so full from the starters and mains). It was so nice to experience a family recipe. Jacob, your grandma must be so proud!
