Jacob was a brilliant chef for my dinner party last week. All of the communication up until the event was smooth and transparent - there were plenty of options provided for the menu and Jacob was able to accommodate all my requests with ease. On the night, Jacob was engaging, knowledgeable and he even cleaned up after. I couldn't recommend more highly and will certainly be using Jacob again.

I had the BEST birthday dinner party thanks to Jacob. Absolutely exceptional food - one of the best meals we've EVER had. Our guests were totally wowed. My mouth is watering just thinking about it writing this! The surf and turf was incredible. Jacob was so friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home - just the right amount of presence so we didn't feel like there was a stranger at the party! He fitted in so well and it all went seamlessly with everything tidied and cleaned up at the end as if no one had been in the kitchen! He was also flexible when numbers etc changed nearer to the event, Helping find a server for the day meant we had a lunch that felt extra special and everyone loved the food - with generous portions and good quality food. The lobster risotto was an amazing start to the meal and really set the scene for what followed. The kitchen was left clean and tidy and the day was a joy.

The food was exquisite and Jacob was so friendly and professional. If we ever need a private chef we will definitely ask Jacob again. Jacob came straight back to us with a delicious selection of menus. We agreed on food, price and timings very easily and with no hassle. And presented an amazing selection of beautifully presented canapes followed by seared tuna starters, fillet beef based main and refreshing posset.
