I can thank Antoine and especially Chef Lara for making the Halloween event we held so amazing. Lara got 100% what i wanted and understood exactly the look and feel of the meal we wanted. Unlike other chefs who wanted to dissuade me from my ideas, Lara took them on with enthusiasm and energy. Without her amazing food and excellent team, the night would not have been as much of a success. I will 100% use Hometainment and Chef Lara again. They treated us to a delectable feast, featuring scrumptious turkey and salmon accompanied by all the traditional trimmings. The icing on the cake was the fact that Hometainment took care of the washing and cleaning up afterward, making it an even more enjoyable experience for us. Derrick ran the bar at our housewarming party. He was professional and courteous. The cocktails were great. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and were very complimentary of Derrick and his colleague. I would highly recommend having Derrick as your mixologist.
