Chef Fergus cooked us an amazing steak dinner for my husband's birthday and it was super tender and delicious! The maple and pecan sticky toffee pudding was the sweetest bonus to finish off a memorable experience. I highly recommend Chef Fergus.

I recently experienced Andrea's cocktail-making masterclass for our work summer social, and it was an absolute blast! Andrea was fun, entertaining, and incredibly knowledgeable. I am so happy that Andrea was our mixologist for a big birthday celebration. Not only are his cocktails fabulous, he is highly efficient and a positive presence!

I don’t know where to start. The whole experience was superb! The guests really enjoyed popping in and out of the kitchen watching Jacob prep the meals. He didn’t mind people asking things and we all really enjoyed his company. Soft shell crab - to die for! The masala sauce was on point and the presentation was impeccable. Jacob realised we had chosen similar sauces for our starters and mains and he used his intuition to change a few things with the mains which was delicious. Dessert - The Rum soaked sticky toffee pudding was not too sweet, had the right consistency and we all whacked it ( despite being so full from the starters and mains). It was so nice to experience a family recipe. Jacob, your grandma must be so proud!
