Jacob cooked us a brilliant 3 course meal. He was super helpful with menus and costings and we would absolutely recommend his culinary wonders to all! Timings were perfect, food delicious, and kitchen left immaculate! Thank you so much Jacob!!

Chef Jacob did an outstanding job. He is brilliant at communicating and I requested all vegan dinner. We discussed my expectations, preferences etc and he sent a menu proposal from which I selected my choices. He delivered stunning food that wowed the crowd. I had the BEST birthday dinner party thanks to Jacob. Absolutely exceptional food - one of the best meals we've EVER had. Our guests were totally wowed. My mouth is watering just thinking about it writing this! The surf and turf was incredible. Jacob was so friendly and an absolute pleasure to have in our home - just the right amount of presence so we didn't feel like there was a stranger at the party! He fitted in so well and it all went seamlessly with everything tidied and cleaned up at the end as if no one had been in the kitchen! I'd HIGHLY recommend and can't wait to invite Jacob to our next special occasion 😁.

I don’t know where to start. The whole experience was superb! The guests really enjoyed popping in and out of the kitchen watching Jacob prep the meals. He didn’t mind people asking things and we all really enjoyed his company. Soft shell crab - to die for! The masala sauce was on point and the presentation was impeccable. Jacob realised we had chosen similar sauces for our starters and mains and he used his intuition to change a few things with the mains which was delicious. Dessert - The Rum soaked sticky toffee pudding was not too sweet, had the right consistency and we all whacked it ( despite being so full from the starters and mains). It was so nice to experience a family recipe. Jacob, your grandma must be so proud!

Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.

This was a first for our family when hiring a large house for a 60th/70th and Jacob was great from the initial contact through to menu choice, flexibility and was very reassuring as the date approached. He arrived on time and was discreet, positive and down to earth and a joy to have around. His service support lady was equally charming and everyone was really impressed with the quality of food, presentation and quantity. Would highly recommend if you want a quality stress free dinner party. We had 24 people in the end with some last minute changes, which he graciously accommodated. Excellent all round! Would definitely hire again. Plus great value for money!
